"What a wonderful gift to the ones you love. I've spent years watching grieving families go through the emotionally draining experience of trying to figure out what mom or dad would have wanted at their funeral."That’s why I can sincerely say it is a great gift to the people you love to plan your own funeral. And while I’ve heard many people say with anguish, “I wish we knew what Mom wanted,” I’ve never heard anyone say, “Gee, I wish Mom hadn’t helped us.”

How To Pre-Plan Your Funeral

When you’re ready to make a real plan, send us an email and we will have one of our pre-planning counsellors call you to set up an appointment.

Secure Return Assurance Plan

Should you die while more than 100 kilometres away from home, your loved ones will be spared all the burdens associated with returning the deceased home for burial. This policy covers all costs and logistics associated with governmental red tape, identification, family notification, selecting and coordinating with a distant funeral home, documentation and transportation home for the deceased.

Practical Information For Your Survivors

In addition to pre-planning your funeral, completing a Personal Information Form and giving a copy to your estate trustee, spouse and children will give you the peace of mind of knowing they will have all the information they need to properly handle your wishes and the details of your estate. Don’t put this form in your safety deposit box as these can be sealed until after the funeral:
